Vintage Y2K slip style dress

Such a beautiful dress, it’s unfortunately too tight on my hips. I’ve held onto it for so long hoping I could make it work, but it’s just too tight across my hips. Size 7! I’d say true to size. MIDI length. Fully lined with a slip dress under it. The measurements are in the photos. Small flaws are some runs in the dress, as shown in the last photo. Not noticeable and blend in with the pattern. It’s just due to the mesh type material that there’s some small snags!! Still lots of life left for this dress
