Vintage Y2K two piece pink floral dress

This is a pretty floral dress with unique ruffle and side tie details. The top and skirt are two distinct pieces, so you could even wear them separately. The top consists of a white tank and pink wrap sleeveless blouse. The skirt has side ruffles and is lined. Both top and bottom have side zippers. The dress was purchased in Chinatown in Toronto; the label indicates it is of Korean make. (It says "top quality ladies clothing" according to Google.) The piece with the star buckle has been re-sewn and fraying as it seems to be where the stress is. The skirt has two hanger loops that are frayed.
