Vintage Yellow Checkered Cat Print Skirt

has cat doilies doilies(?) attached on front and back the waist looks discoloured but i believe it’s just that the interfacing(?) is behind the gathered fabric. i put in a photo of me trying to pinch the fabric in the area showing it looks yellow without the gathering behind it. interfacing very stiff still, probably unworn. possibly homemade. approx measurements: waist: 13.25” length: 22.5”
