Vintage Yellow Floral Dress - Size 8

I just love this dress! I originally bought this with the intention of altering it to fit myself but never got around to it. This dress has no factory tags but looks professionally made. All the seams are serged and it is fully lined. I'm guessing the fabric is polyester, a medium weight that hangs and flows nicely. The skirt is quite full and there is some stretch to the fabric. There are belt loops around the waist but there is no belt with this listing.
