Vintage Yixing Zisha Teapot, naturalistic Sakura tree Purple Sand Clay tea pot,

...tea ceremony clay teawares A wonderful Yixing or purple sand clay teapot, handmade in a pumpkin shape with naturalistic elements such as a bark / tree looking handle and spout, with a cherry blossom branch applied in relief to the body. Condition: Artisan signed on both the body and lid. The lid with chipping to the underside of the top and along the insides of the rims. The body with chipping to the foot rim, bit otherwise it looks whole. With some lighter stains to the body - which may have been caused by hard water? I did not try to remove them with anything other than a soft cloth and some water, perhaps they can be removed by someone willing to be a little more forceful. The inside of the teapot looks quite clean. Size: 5 inches tall including the lid, 7 inches long including the handle and spout holds ca 500 ml of liquid
