YU GI OH TCG 5DS YUSEI & DRAGON 9 Pocket Binder Binder and 27 cards. Some foil and as early as 1996. Binder is in fair to poor shape. It has lots of light scuffs on the outside, and the clear card page on the inside are pretty beat up with scratches, indents. Cards are in good shape, near mint for most.
