Vintage Yugioh Binder With Many Holographic Cards Worth 250$USD+

Alot of these cards I would say are in Poor condition as they were cards from a child. Many of the cards are heavily played and have various signs of wear such as scratches on holos, creases, corner damage and much more. they all total over 250$ USD. Given they arent in the best condition, I think it is fair to ask 50% of the market value.
