Vintage 1980s Cocktail Dress Stunning Hi Lo Hemline with tulle underneath. Drop waist Taffeta bottom with large bow in the front. Zipper back. Ruffled Halter or make it back into 2 straps. Sequined sparkly body. The sequins are very irredescent and pick up so many jewel tones in the light. *Dress has been altered into a halter. Not professionally. See pics. Sleeves were detached and then secured into a halter style with an elastic. Could be seen or return it to the original design. Whatever works for you. Size 11/12 Very stretchy fabric.
