In good vintage condition peplum top, look like it has a belt that it’s missing. The front make a wrap style with a built in white top under. Shoulder pads that can be easily removed. Pleated detail on the front. Measure lay flat: shoulder 15,5’’ bust 18’’ length 24’’.
