Likely from a larger volume of billboard styles a customer could choose from, judging from the little staple holes on the left edge and folds on the top corner. The page is roughly A3 in size and feels like a regular printing paper in weight. The black ink surface is glossy, the other colours are not. It looks like a combination printing process under magnification. This item is overall in decent vintage condition with some light creasing / handling marks, folding to the top edge, a little bit of rust around the staple holes and a few small edge tears.
