Vintage/ antique Silver Plated Dish holder

GUC vintage, maybe antique silver plated dish serve. To me it’s like a fancy trivet! It needs a polish which I will do before it leaves my possession. It’s stamped and numbered. See pictures. It’s a great collector piece!
