Vintage / antique gold tone necklace with exotic filigree pendant

Vintage exotic style necklace. Gold tone. With light blue and clear stones all around. The chain is 18" long plus 2.5" extension. The pendant looks very old, possibly made in the 1920th. It is 1.75" (with bail). It appears that either some stones are no longer here (dark spots), or it was originally designed this way, because these dark spots only add to its appeal. I had it for a while, and during these years, it didn't lose any stones.
