Vintage 2 tone purple colourblock A-line maxi dress with cut out flower on shoulder. No tags, could be hand made. Elastic waist band Belt loops but belt is missing Long sleeves No lining Synthetic fabric Stain on front which I did not attempt to get out- last picture. Due to the extra fabric in the skirt, this is not noticeable when worn. Stitching around flower is fraying a bit When flat Waist 14" and up to 20" when stretched Length from shoulder to bottom hem 54"
