This beautiful colour-block blouse has a surplice neckline. Waistline is elastic and fabric is longer in the back. Shoulders are pleated and rounded to give a shoulder padded look. The blouse wraps in the front and buttons (one on the inside and one on the outside). Fabric is a opaque chiffon like. There is no size tag but it fits like a small to medium. There is one small pull on the white sleeve - shown in picture. Otherwise in great vintage condition!
