Vintage bar brooch with 3 green glass stones, tie pin cravat pin, mens costume

A minimalist bar brooch, the silver toned metal body looks to have been chrome plated or rhodium plated, the 3 little diagonally set accent to the front each have 3 little stones. They look good, but are simply glass. There seem to be 2 little makers or brand marks on the piece, which I do not recognise. One of them looks like a fat star. The pin to the back with slight bending and touch of the plating missing. Size: 2-3/8 inches wide (6 cm)
