Vintage beachy scarf print short sleeve shirt/topper

Rope/chain/seashell/starfish/medallion print. Tonal abstract texturing print. Collar. Button down. Gold toned buttons. Ribbed knit stretchy waistband with gold thread thin stripe. Made by Caron Petite. No material tags. Main body feels like polyester. Labelled size 14 but may only fit up to a Small/Medium. Model is 5’9, US 4 and fits comfortable.(see measurements). Approx 22in length, 17in shoulder seam to seam, 12in length of sleeve, 22.5in pit to pit, 15.5in width of waistband unstretched(21in max width when stretched limited by width of polyester body).
