Vintage beige lace sleeveless blouse

I believe this is a vintage piece. All of the buttons are still on and in good shape. Needs a steam. It’s so cute! Tiny stain at the top, looks like it might be coffee but I’m uncertain as it was given to me. There’s no size but it looks like a medium.
