Vintage beige midi dress with white collar and cuffs

Light shoulder pads. Slight puff shoulders. Double button holes at cuffs(french cuffs?). Pleat details on top and skirt. Black top button with hidden button down on top. Elastic waistband. Hand pockets. String beltloops but does not come with belt. Made by Joan Sparks for Daniel Barrett. No material tags but feels synthetic. May fit size Small best. Model is size Small. Approx 43.5in length, 14.5in shoulder seam to seam, 23in sleeve length, 18in pit to pit, 15in width at waist unstretched(16.5in max stretch—lost it’s elasticity).
