Vintage black Velvet Steampunk Ruffle Booties 10

In great condition, used only a few times --- soles and heels are in almost new/unscathed condition! Bought (thift find) in the 90s. Brand is "J&J par andré". Probably manufactured in the 80s / 90s era. I'm calling them a true 10 based on how they fit me & my experience with shoes / shoe sizing. Super soft Velvet / Velveteen fabric. Have a sweet slouch front / pin tucked fabric design. Floral - esque ruffles on each cuff.
