Vintage black and white dress

No tags but this vintage black and white dress is polyester with a 17.5 inch waist. It is a larger size and no elastic on the waist. There is a pin size stain on front near hip (see photo) but otherwise, this cute dress is rip free and from a smoke free home. A tad see through so you may want to wear a slip (or not!)
