Vintage black and white dress

Look at the adorable seashell pattern and scallop neckline! This dress has no tags, but feels like a cotton/poly mix. The waist measures 11in but is elastic, stretches to just about 20in. To give you an idea, this dress was worn by a 5’9 size 8/10 client as well as a 5’4 size 4 client (as a maternity dress!) The hem is poorly sewn, but an easy fix. Smoke free home, no rips or stains!
