Vintage black bell sleeve top

One of my special occassion tops(bc I gained weight)from back in the day, worn with the lolita skirt that was sold. huge bell sleeves, the white hem is on the entire bottom and any edge. Every part of the top is sheer, except the bosom. I LOVE the slits on the bottom for the hips, so fortunately -unfortunately it is not a mini dress. Gorgeous quality. 80's- 90's I even want to say 70's just by the style Small to medium. made in the USA Brand Savvy, which looks long gone. tags: dollskill cause it has that doll kill look in all honesty. But it's old and in excellent condition. Quality peice. The arms are on the slender side, no stretch beyond the sheer fabric. white embroidery has no stretch.
