🎁 Vintage black & chartreuse taffeta sequinned little purse - Greek artisan made

Made by an artisan on Paros, Cycladic Island, Greece. Chartreuse green (see collage). Would go perfectly with an outfit from Padra Fall-Winter 2025-2026 collection😜 Perfect to carry your phone (however big it is), your wallet, your keys and even your string bikini! On a photo, by contrast with the dark velvet background, the black part of bag (linen fabric?) looks a bit gray but it is true black. The taffeta part is chartreuse (hues will vary with light and in some pictures you might see yellow but in reality, it is a rich vibrant lime green or chartreuse) Some wooden beads and «mustard orangish » cords on the handle and a big wooden button to close the purse at the centre (see relevant pictures). Used it only once; the night of purchase (early 2000's) to go with a silk green dress for a night out at the castle of a local aristocratic family of Venetian origin. Got compliments from the Prince! 👀Did you know that centuries ago, Venetians colonized some Cycladic islands like Paros? 👀 The reflections in the taffeta of the purse was picking up » nicely the green of the dress and accentuating it The bag will also go nicely with any hue of green, gold and yellow as well as black or orange. Measurements (approximate): - across the line where the black meets the taffeta: 9.5 inches; - total height from top of handle to bottom: 11 inches Condition: Like new. Could be given as a gift. No default. All the sequins & brilliant cords of the embellishment are there & in place.
