Vintage black cotton mini skirt low waist by Marc Jacobs

This skirt was purchased in the early 2000, was previously loved, but is in excellent condition. The fit is like a flair mini skirt, it will be higher that the knees on most people. The size is a true 10. The skirt sits on the low waist. Please ask all questions before buying, thank you!
