Vintage black dress with sequin neckline - as is

This is a darling vintage little black dress with a lovely silhouette. The sequin neckline is showing its age and has a bit of excess stretch. There are also a few spots where there are tiny fabric flaw/pills so selling as is. Junior Scene - union made, made in Canada. Slits at sleeves make for a flattering shoulder look.
