Vintage black floral burn-out velvet short jacket, beaded and w/fringe O/S

Beautiful vintage burn-out velevet jacket. Black backgound with dark red roses, bead highlighting and beaded fringe. Sleeeves fall to elbows, with fringe hanging below. No size specified but fits from a small to a large. Pit to pit across back 21.5 inches. . Some of the fringe has come off over the years but otherwise is in very good condition.
