Vintage black maxi evening fully lined skirt with side slit

Vintage black evening fully lined long skirt. No labels had it professionally altered unfortunately don’t know why tag was removed and left a small tear . It was purchased at Laura’s label JSCollection waistline approximately 16-16 1/2”. Back zipper enclosure has side slit starting from above knee ruffles starts from waist to bottom of skirt. Above ruffle has extra satchel to tie up as a bow or leave to hang down as part of ruffle. It’s a timeless piece.
