Vintage black mini dress with gold waistband

Fabulous 1960s glam black mini dress. High empire waist accentuated by a sparkly sequinned gold ribbon waistband. Comes up high at the neck. Long zipper up the back. In good vintage condition but there are a few things to note (see last photos) - it has been repaired along inside of zipper & at hooks at neck but not visible on the outside - there are some light marks on the left shoulder noticeable in bright light - see pointing photo - it has been taken in slightly on the right side at bust and this looks like it could be loosened again if needed. But it’s still so wearable and deserves to see more fun parties! Made in Canada. No fabric or size tags but this fits like a modern XS (or XXS at waistband) Note approx measurements! 16.5” across chest 14” across waistband (at lower ribs) 32.5” long from base of collar
