Vintage blazer with velvet collar and cuffs Size EU 40

Awesome vintage blazer with some solid southwest vibes in the fabric design. The collar and cuffs are velvet. Functional pockets. Shoulder pads - 1990's vintage. The jacket is fully lined with a black silky lining (most likely acetate). There is no fabric tag but I believe this is a wool blend. The size tag ie EU 40. The lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 20 inches sleeve length is 24 inches from shoulder to cuff overall length from shoulder to hem is 23 inches Waist 17.5 inches. I am a true medium size and this fits me well.
