Vintage blue 80’s/90’s sleeveless dress

Vintage , sky blue tank top dress with front pockets and a little sea horse on the chest! It’s the colour, the cut and the front pockets that makes this piece perfect. Couldn’t remember you the material because there are no tags but it’s probably a cotton blend. Measurements upon request Model is 5’4” tall and wears a size small
