Vintage blue and white minidress handmade

Cute vintage handmade mini dress. Blue colour with white cut-out floral embellishments, squarish neckline, and scalloped hem. A unique piece! The dress was purchased in a Toronto thrift store in the 90s. The zipper makes me think the dress was made in the 80s but I'm not 100% sure. The dress is completely lined, even the sleeves. The lining was not cut down to size on the sides. There are cut notches on both sides. It didn't bother me but if needed you can always trim it (see last photo). Unknown materials but it feels like cotton. No stretch anywhere. Flat measurements Pit to pit: 16" Shoulders: 13" Waist approx 15" Hips approx 18" Shoulder to hem: 30" **Hook and eye closure is missing the eye. I can provide the eye or sew it on.
