Vintage blue green long plaid kilt 100% wool skirt fringe sz 14 fits like Small

Excellent used condition, pure new wool. Has small leather straps at both sides to adjust fit. Pleated at the back, has a wrap front with fringe. Note that although this is marked as a 14, it is vintage and runs much smaller than a modern 14. The waist can be adjusted slightly with the side strap buckles. The waist can measure from approx 13 inches to 13.5 inches flat depending on the buckles. In the final photo the skirt is shown with the waist fully extended. I have listed this as a Small based on the measurements.
