Vintage boho dress Georges Levesque pour Scandale 1980s designer whimsigoth XS

Georges Levesque pour Scandale maxi dress. Vintage 1980s designer. This is a pull over. There are not any buttons or zippers. Tank top straps. The inside of those straps are a little stringy, shown in the photos. Sheer attached top with long sleeves. Scalloped hem with black rose embroidery. It is marked a size small, but I would call this an extra small. Vintage sizing can vary from modern clothing. Please see the measurements below. The materials tag is missing. The black top feels like polyester chiffon. The purple crochet style skirt has a silky texture, but I dont think it is silk. It is stretchy, like it has a little spandex in it. There are not any stains, tears, or holes. Very good, vintage condition.
