Vintage bottle opener turned wooden handle US patent

A nicely made bottle opener, the little red button presses down on a metal piece underneath, I am not sure what it adds to the design but it has a US patent number on it. Cool looking piece, a nice addition to the vintage bar cart! Size: almost 6 inches long (15.2 cm)
