Vintage brushed cotton quilted and fleece reversible vest. Women’s S/men’s M

Lots of character vintage army green, quilted brushed cotton (velvety texture) on outside, inside or reverse is medium pile fleece. The tags have been removed, to accommodate the reversal, so unknown brand or size. I take a small top and it fits me like a medium. So women’s medium/men’s small. Dimensions are on the photo for accuracy.
