Vintage but looks new Buxton leather 1978 folio

Vintage Buxton 1978 folio leather with zipper pocket and open pocket and space for cards inside. This is a cool find for sure! Has the original inspection paper with it. I don’t think this was ever used. The pen looks like it was tested on the paper pad at the back but that’s it. You could easily put in a new pad when needed. Made in Canada! Smoke free home
