Vintage button up blouse with embroidered bow collar and puff shoulders/cuffs Tagged size small but seems larger so see measurements. Fabric is a bit sheer and off white. Nice light weight for spring and summer. I liked wearing it under a big t shirt. Shoulder pads can be removed. No stains or holes.
