Vintage button up military style blouse Size 10

This Vintage Blouse is in excellent condition and still has its spare buttons attached to the tag. The decorative braiding on the front gives a military vibe. There are quite substantial shoulder pads in the top suggesting this is late 1980's or early 1990's. There are some slight pulls on the shoulder. The size tag is 10 and the lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 22 in length 30 in fabric is 100% polyester but feels soft and silky.
