Vintage carved Bakelite ? flower brooch please read description pics repair

According to research these appear to be carved Bakelite flowers. Two need a new back on them. I have a jewelry supply store close by but don’t want to mess with them as someone might want to turn into a necklace instead. Leave comment if want me to pick up two new backs and add to listing.
