Vintage ceramic owl with graduation hat and diploma

An adorable decorative ceramic owl that was part of a salt and pepper shaker set at one point–there are a few tiny holes on the back (see photos). The owl is wearing awesome pink rhinestone glasses and has a little graduation hat with a tassel. Seems to be hand-painted and is a very weird, charming, cute little object. Would look nice in a kitchen, on a windowsill, or on a bookshelf. It would also be a unique graduation gift for someone who appreciates vintage art. Feel free to ask questions or make an offer!
