Vintage chapka trapper hat

Rare Chapka / Trapper style hat made in Paris by Jacques Segal. Likely from the 60s. A very elegant and chic silhouette unlike many trapper hats made today. It's made of greyish brown teal sheep shearling, which is known for its warmth and softness. The outside of the ear flaps and neck protector is made from the reverse of the shearling, the natural leather. The ear flaps attach to the hat with heavy duty metal buttons. The hat is fully lined on the inside with quilted fabric lining. Marked men's size 57 or 7. There is some discolouration on the lining; otherwise, the hat is in very good condition. Measurement around the inside headband: Approximately 57cm
