@lauram336. Hi. Hope you are well. Thanks for your patience, and sorry about the delayed response - was physically away and couldn’t measure correctly til now. The waist is about 12.5” in the flat so around 25” waist. Thanks for catching that error. It’s beautiful and very well made. The pattern matches up on the side seams which isn’t always the case for newer plaid/check patterned pieces. Looks fantastic with black heals/boots, flats or kitten heals.
