This soft faux fur was most likely hand stitched. The inside is a lined with a soft cotton similar to a baby flannel blanket. It was most likely for a 2-3 year old. It would also make a wonderful teddy bear for those who make them. The hinges of the coat have some rust from age. But check out these beautiful vintage buttons. A beautiful timeless jacket possibly from the 50's. It was well constructed and sure to last for several children.

bpagani @angieb623 Angie its rust. I would say a little fabric paint would cover it or cut it off and replace the hook. it is very old and the rust has not spread.
