Vintage choker/bracelet, aqua blue and navel blue, 23”

Not sure what this was used for but I think I bought it in the 90’s and used it as a choker and bracelet 😆 not for pets bc I didn’t have a pet back than! Super cute and brand new like condition. Feels like cotton/nylon
