I assemble each puzzle, photograph and catalogue the completed puzzle and then put it back into its box or bag. 2. This means that all puzzles have been opened and assembled. You are purchasing a USED puzzle. I do my absolute best to ensure all the pieces are there. 3. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, all puzzles are sent with full tracking. I ship to Canada and US. 4. I cannot guarantee delivery dates - once I ship the puzzle, it's out of my hands. Shipping services will handle it according to their timelines. Generally, it takes about 4-10 business days within Canada, 4-8 business days to US. Sometimes packages are delayed at customs, although that has not been frequent in my experience. 5. I do not offer returns, exchanges or expedited shipping. 6. Most puzzles come in their original box.
