Vintage collectable Doll with red velvet dress, stockings and bending knees

Collectable vintage doll dressed in a vibrant red velvet dress with a petticoat, rhinestone earrings and fancy shoes. She is wearing nylons with a seam up the back. Her blue eyes roll open and shut. Her head is soft plastic while the rest of her body is hard plastic. Her knees bend and her arms pivot at the shoulder. Her hair is in a bun with a fine netting. The elastic on her shoes have seen better days but ar still intact. There is a tiny unnoticeable run in the stocking on her right foot. She stands 21 inches tall. She is really quite beautiful.
