🦋Vintage cotton puff sleeved dress!

Great condition with cotton slip under full skirt. Made in India for a Canadian company based in BC. Embellished with muted metal (brass?) beading as well as some plastic black beads. Well made! Size L but would fit Medium as well. It’s meant to be a bit blousy and has a tie to adjust fit. Measurements: underarm to underarm: 20” Length from shoulder to hem: 43”
