Vintage cotton woman’s shirt

Truly vintage oversized shirt. Purchased in Bermuda in the ‘80s. Medium heavy weight 100% cotton. Like new condition except for 3 ultra tiny little dots as shown in the last 2 photos. They are barely a thread in size and only noticeable on close inspection.
