Vintage cowl neck women's blazer

in very good vintage condition it does need a repair the lining of the jacket has come loose in places from the jacket itself otherwise it's in excellent vintage condition the color may jot be the same as photos for some reason this shade of green is hard to photograph it's a emeraldly jade green jacket appears to be handmade and possibly a women's med? does have some discoloration on the front (see pictures) fabric feels like a polyester blend comes from a non smoking pet friendly home approximate measurements chest (pit to pit) 19 inches length 19 inches sleeves 25.5 inches
