(the tie is for decor it doesn’t tighten) No tags on it//Brand unknown (Judging from the size on me, look at picture): I would says it’s size small to medium Length: ≈60cm Shoulder to under breast: ≈30cm Width: ≈37cm For size reference; I’m usually Xs to S , it is too big for me
